The Circuit
Move through the sanctuary at your own pace — or follow our recommended contrast circuit, designed with sports recovery science.
01 — Cold
Two to five minutes at 5–10°C. Reduced inflammation, faster muscle repair, sharpened mental resilience. Our purpose-built plunge tubs are filtered, chilled and always ready.
02 — Heat & Minerals
Contrast the cold with resort-grade heat. Then float in a magnesium mineral pool that actively supports muscle relaxation and sleep quality — no harsh chlorine sting.
03 — Sauna & Steam
Regular sauna use is linked to cardiovascular health, stress reduction and better recovery between sessions. Finish in the steam room for airways and skin.
04 — Restore
Massage tools, mobility equipment and a calm, considered space to finish your ritual. Twenty minutes here changes the rest of your day.
